Well the first step is finding an agency to train or hire you as an apprentice. You need to hold a post there for a minimum of 3 months to be eligible to sit the real estate exam which costs about 2,240 and usually held twice a year. The course itself is 5 days with an exam on the 6th day. 80% or above is considered a successful completion of which you’ll need with some other documents like references and bank statement to apply for your licence. After the board meets and reviews your application, maybe just maybe you will be the next licensed real estate agent.
