How much Money do Realtors Make?

Well we don’t have any statistics on realtor income in The Bahamas but if we used US data the average agent makes about 40,000 per year but you aren’t average right.
Real Estate agents in The Bahamas generally make money three ways selling vacant, developed property, and renting real estate. Vacant land commission is 10% meaning 100k sale would generate a $10,000 commission and developed property meaning a structure is on it would generate 6% or $6,000 based on the earlier illustration.
The fee landlords pay to help in procuring a good tenant and other services is the equivalent of one month’s rent payable at contract, but can vary based on the length of lease.
